Local business records

The app stores user profiles, transaction records and recipient numbers, recorded profit, actual balance checks, debtor and creditor history, settings and audit events on your phone. You can export records and create backups. Removing app storage can delete local records.

Business cloud and messages

Linking a phone to a business and branch enables uploads of transactions, checks, debtor/creditor details and movements, staff profiles and permissions, and device identity and connection information. Owners use these uploads for reports and business controls. Staff chat processes messages you send and delivery/read status. Remote commands and replies are also processed in the cloud. Offline phones can have newer records than the cloud.

Accounts, payments and providers

Owner accounts use email, business details, verification and password sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the website, database and cloud services. Resend delivers verification and reporting emails. Paystack processes membership checkout. Payment references and membership status support verification and account service. Infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver those services.

USSD accessibility and telephone permissions

Optional AccessibilityService automation recognizes supported carrier prompts and enters predefined steps in a workflow started by the user. This app is not an accessibility tool for people with disabilities. Enabling automation requires an in-app disclosure, consent and approval in Android settings. Built-in workflows leave PINs, passwords and OTPs for manual entry in the carrier window. Custom workflows execute the replies you configure; do not save credentials in workflow definitions. Carrier responses are processed locally to classify attempts; awaiting authorization is not confirmation of completed cash-out. Telephone/SIM permissions support carrier operations. The app does not currently read incoming SMS.

Backups and updates

Optional cloud backup packages are encrypted on the phone before upload. Backup identifiers, size, checksums and timestamps support recovery. Protect your backup password. The website edition checks a public update feed and verifies downloaded APK integrity and signing identity before requesting installation through Android.

Purpose and access

Information supports counter operations, branch sync, owner reports, messaging, access control, membership, backup recovery and security. Owners and authorized staff have access according to their role. The platform administration interface is restricted to service administration and diagnostics and does not expose owner financial reports or staff conversations. WondersTech does not sell business records or use them for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until removed from the phone or its app storage. Cloud records and backups remain linked to the business until removed through an authorized process. Request deletion of your cloud account and associated data. We verify account ownership and authority before deleting shared business data. Any payment or security records retained for legitimate obligations, and the reason, will be explained when processing the request. Removing a device or locking an account is not deletion. Copies you exported or backed up outside the cloud remain under your control.
