Start with MoMo Download Helper 1.0.0 (639 KB). It downloads the official app and offers to remove only itself after saving the APK. You can also use the direct APK option. Google Play release is being prepared; neither a signed APK nor this helper means Google approval.
Installing and updating
- Download and install the helper, open it, then choose Download official APK and a save location. Alternatively, download the main APK directly. The helper is a separate app and is also subject to Android security checks.
- Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser. If Play Protect offers a scan, let it scan the app. If it reports a harmful app, stop and contact WondersTech support with the exact warning.
- Updating an existing installation? Install over the current app. Do not uninstall or clear storage if you want to keep local records.
- Open the app and sign in as the business owner to link a phone to its branch. Staff use the local account provided by their owner.
Internet is needed for cloud sign-in, membership verification and sync. Carrier services need a suitable SIM and network. Standard membership: GH₵5/month; Business: GH₵7/month.
Play Protect and installation help
Seeing “App not installed” after a scan? This message alone does not identify Play Protect as the cause. Contact support with the exact message, phone model and Android version. For updates, keep the existing app installed to preserve local records.
Google recommends keeping Play Protect enabled. A signed APK or a submitted review does not mean Google has approved the app.
If you choose to temporarily switch scanning off for this official website APK, open Google Play Store → profile picture → Play Protect → Settings → Scan apps with Play Protect. Switching it off reduces your device’s protection. Turn it back on immediately after the installation attempt; do not leave it off while waiting for a review or a Google Play release.
If Android still blocks installation, or reports that the app is harmful, stop and contact support. Do not uninstall an existing MoMo app or clear its storage to install an update.
